Out of Data

January 2017
Project 30 / 38
next

Out of Data is an ongoing research theme at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodologies at Warwick University. At the outset, the academics at CIM created a research statement that posed a number of questions. Many of these centered around the idea of data as the new oil or data as water, as a material that is valuable and also precarious.

A new poster/flyer is designed at the start of each season, printed in florescent ink with a text that responds to the metaphor with questions drawn from that initial research statement.

This project is a collaboration with Atelier Carvalho Bernau
