In response to the pandemic and the inability to present live music, Counterflows moved to an online space where marginal artists from around the world could share new and exclusive work. Through audio, film, podcasts, documentaries, writing, interviews and more, the online festival offered an in-depth journey into the artist’s practice, maintainting the ethos of Counterflows – “where music meets politics, society, history, friendships, community and life.”
In collaboration with Oliver Pitt, who has been designing the festival’s printed matter for the past 4 years.
